Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I purchased the most beautiful cabinet among Bob’s great selection. It is so beautiful my daughter went into the store and bought one just like it and was drawn also to the unique selection of dining room furniture. They have unique upholstery and bedroom sets (inlaid lighting in headboards, everywhere) also. The salespeople, especially Leila, are really knowledgeable and seem to love their jobs as they get to know what you like taking you around the store. The prices are great, and the quality is nice. They made it super easy to set up an interest free credit card, and no down payment. Go see their gorgeous furniture.

Great value furniture with solid quality and friendly service Bob’s Discount Furniture offers a wide selection of stylish and affordable pieces for every room from sofas and bedroom sets to dining tables and office furniture. I was impressed with how many options there were at budget‑friendly prices without compromising on comfort or design. The shopping experience was easy and straightforward. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help answer questions and offer recommendations. Delivery was smooth, and the team handled drop‑off professionally. A couple of small things to know: some items take a little longer to arrive due to popularity, and a few pieces felt more “budget stock” than premium. But for the price point, the quality and value really stood out.

I bought a bedroom set 7 years ago online at Bob’s that I absolutely loved. I had it less than three months and the sideboards split and collapsed. It happened twice 2 separate times, and they had to send the same repairman out twice to replace the side boards bc my bed was half on the floor. When it happened again to the other side, the repairman said he had many problems with my original set and he suggested to me to buy a totally different one. When I spoke to management they recommended the same thing, replacing my original set. I did replace my original set with a totally different new one and different style.it cost me another $300. So far I haven’t had any problems. I had to go through customer service multiple times to fix my issues which bothered me. My set was under warranty. Once I got my new bedroom set things have been fine, no problems. I went in to Bob’s this time in person looking for a living room area rug. I was greeted immediately by a nice salesman. Unfortunately bc I went 2 days after Black Friday, the selection wasn’t that great and couldn’t find what I needed. The store was filled with many different styles and types of furniture. Bob’s coordinates sofas, love seats, recliners with an area rug and accessories. It’s nice to walk around and get ideas. Bob’s claim they’re having a sale. I feel like they mark things up to mark them down. I have bought high-quality furniture over the years and paid a premium, but that furniture has lasted me and is still in great shape. I guess you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for furniture on a budget then Bob’s is your place. Just make sure you know exactly what you’re buying. .

I walked into the Bridgewater store and was greeted by Arnold who immediately knew all my needs and walked me through everything in minutes, I bought a couch on my trip because I loved the quality and they gave me the facts. Frank the manager also came by to check on us and was very kind and helped us along the way as well. I thought couch buying would be much harder, they made it so simple and the process was so efficient and easy. Amazing service here, really glad to purchase through them!

Sales associate Arnold was outstanding in supporting our selection purchase and delivery of a modular couch. If I had a business, I would create a position and hire him!
