He even remembered we had spoken a few weeks prior. He answered all my questions clearly and made the process feel easy and stress-free without ever being pushy. My pushback recliner was so defective of a product that when I pushed it back I couldn’t get out of it. I needed help to get it back to the upright position. Customer service stopped responding. I now use the chair only upright with an ottoman purchased somewhere else. I’m not sure but if the product leaves you stuck in it and you can’t get out of the chair, I would assume that I’m never going to risk buying any other furniture here that might be problematic like this chair has been.

I had a wonderful experience. My salesman, Ellington was more than helpful. He showed me number of mattresses that met my budget. When I found one Zi really liked he did everything he could to get the price down. Unfortunately that wasn’t to be but we did find one in my budget that I do like and am a very happy customer. I was treated with respect and kindness. I was never pressured to buy anything and was able to find what o liked that fit my budget Checkout was easy and so was finding a delivery date. I am a very satisfied customer.

I purchased tables ftom Despina a few months ago and had such a great experience that I returned today to purchase more tables, chairs, and art work from her. She came in to meet me on her day off, spent two hours with me, and helped me finalize the last pieces of furniture I needed for my new house. Despina is lovely, personable, positive, patient, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I am very happy with the way they operate at the store. I truly love Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store. I came all the way from Stamford just to see Gabriela again because of the wonderful experience I had before. She was very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly for both me and my daughter. What impressed me the most was that she was able to translate in Portuguese for my daughter, who does not understand Spanish or English very well. That level of care meant so much to us. She is incredibly smart, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I visited the store a couple of months ago and decided to wait for the big sale, and when I came back to take advantage of it, everything went smoothly once again. Thank you for the excellent service. If you need assistance in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French, I highly recommend asking for Gabriela. She is truly amazing
