I needed new living room furniture and a friend suggested Bobs. I am so glad I went there. The salesman and manager were so friendly and helpful. I just had my furniture delivered and it is beautiful. The delivery process was great. The quality of the furniture is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier.

Bob customer service is top tier. The customer rep was very professional and knew about the products. She took her time in assisting us with no rush. While there, you are able to get a little treat while waiting. This includes; coffee, ice cream, cookie and sweets of your choice. I must say a huge shout out to the delivery team also. They were professional and quick in assembling the furniture. I was really impressed with how they worked and how organized they were. They ensured to clean up after work was done and checked to see if everything was OK. Definitely recommend Bob's Discount everytime. Remember they have prices that will match your budget.

Ali is fantastic! We came in with a specific model in mind that is only sold online. She knew the model well and could point us to several in-house options so we could get a feel for if it was the right fit. We also set a strict budget and she stuck to it. Never attempting to upsell or push added features on. We ended up choosing something different (and better than what we originally expected to buy) and it was completely within our budget. No settling or second guessing. Just ease along the way. She also took the time to walk us through several financial options and we chose one that worked great for us. She also went the extra mile to make sure our new piece would be able to fit into our home and that the movers could easily deliver it without issue.
