Relax The Back Buckhead has a new franchise owner -Joel German. Joel is extremely knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. I love my zero gravity chair! Fully reclined, I enjoy amazingly relaxed naps. Moderately reclined, it’s a perfect tv or reading chair. My desk chair is fabulously supportive and comfortable. As an extra bonus, it was able to be made in the exact leather to match to my zero gravity chair. Joel ensures an amazing customer experience both during and after the purchase. I highly recommend Relax the Back - Buckhead.

I purchased the Tempur-pedic neck pillow from another store, but they did not have the pillowcase to go with it. I came home and researched quite a few places and found the relax the back store in Buckhead. When I called the gentleman Joel answered the phone and the experience was absolutely amazing! I shared with him that I was open to drive from Palmetto Georgia to get the pillowcase, and he said “hold on let me see if I have that one in stock”. He did. He took my information over the phone and shared that he would mail it to me directly. I was sent a email confirmation of receipt immediate, and the absolute best experience occurred for me right from my home. I never had to leave the house! What made it even better was that I got the pillowcase the next day. Hats off to Joel!, and the amazing customer service of the Relax The Back-Buckhead store. I would definitely drive from Palmetto Georgia just to purchase another one. Thanks Joel!

I had a great experience at the Relax The Back Store in Buckhead. I visited several times in order to choose THE perfect chair. I chose the Lifeform Midback in all white. It is so gorgeous and comfortable. I put off buying a new desk chair for so long because I have been so disappointed with every chair. Never quite comfortable and supportive. The Lifeform Midback is so comfortable and adjusts to every possible position. It even rocks and moves with me as I reach for things on my desk. My salesperson Andrew was very patient with me (I visited 3 times) and really zoned in on what I needed in a chair. Kay delivered the chair to my office and helped me with the setup. Relax The Back store was everything I thought it would be and more. Thank you for the help !

This place has so many great gadgets for back pain relief! They had the perfect lumbar support for long car roads. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
