Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

My husband and I recently purchased our first couch ever, and boy was it a hard decision to make! We spent a lot of time sitting on many couches, discussing with Mark all of our different options and customizations, and finally settling on the one we continued to come back to. We got their white glove delivery service, which was wonderful! The delivery guys were in and out fairly quickly, assembled the couch, and removed all the packaging. The experience was great, the price was reasonable, and our living room is now complete!

We have bought multiple items from the Manchester store in the discount area in the back. I never feel pressured as we walk through the showrooms with all the new furniture (which is beautiful) and go directly to the place where you can find incredible deals. They have items on sale for various reasons and you have to look to find what you want. It might be something that is no longer being made or a return or slightly dinged. We have had lots of good luck, purchasing a mattress, recliner and a loveseat. They were are very reasonable. Most of our help was with Randy, although they have plenty of knowledgeable customer service folks ready to help. Check out is fast and easy also. We opt for white glove service for delivery because it's not that much more money. We don't have a truck and all the guys that have come have been efficient, polite and fast. They give accurate time frames for delivery so you're not waiting around. They cleaned up after also. All in in l, I highly recommend Bob's for your discount furniture needs!

Wonderful shopping experience! I have never shopped at Bob's Discount Outlet before. I was able to browse, yet sales staff were available as needed. Stumbled across my Brynn Sand fluffy faux fur swivel chair and fell in love. Bought and brought home immediately. With a trip to Homegoods for a leopard pillow. Justin G was a very informed and fun sales associate. The 2 gentlemen from shipping quickly put in my car. Great overall experience.
