Mattress Firm Cranberry

We were just walk ins on a Friday afternoon! We were greeted by Kyle the store manager! We explained our wants and needs and he was exceptionally professional and experienced! He didn’t hard sell one bit. He helps us buy three beds at the right firmness, construction and quality. Well done Kyle!

Just came in on Black Friday looking for a new matress set for our teenager. We also had a horrible experience from a competitor just down the street, so our expectations were not real high. Marianne changed all of it, she did exactly what should happen when looking for matress. She listened and had lots of options for our teenager to look and test out. She had lots of patience with their indecisiveness. We finally were able ro pick a matress at a reasonable price. She was able to set up delivery and take away very quickly. Highly recommend this store now in Cranberry Twp.

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Jordan. From the moment I walked in, he made sure to really understand what I needed instead of just trying to sell me something. He asked all the right questions about my sleep habits, comfort preferences, and any issues I’ve been dealing with, which made the whole process feel personal and not rushed at all. One thing that really stood out was how he used the Mattress Matcher (Sleep AI). That was a game changer. Jordan walked me through it, explained what it was doing, and used the results to guide me toward options that actually made sense for me. It didn’t feel random or overwhelming like mattress shopping usually does. He was extremely informative without being pushy. Every mattress he showed me came with clear explanations about the materials, support, and long-term benefits. I felt like I was learning instead of being sold to, which made me a lot more confident in my decision. What really sets Jordan apart is how much he genuinely cares about getting you the right mattress, not just any mattress. He made sure I was comfortable, answered every question I had, and never made me feel pressured. If you’re going to Mattress Firm, ask for Jordan. He’ll take care of you the right way.

Jordan was absolutely wonderful to work with. We could tell he really put in the time and effort to hear us and help us find what would work best for us. We went in with something specific in mind, which we ended up purchasing, but he took the time to work with us to be sure that is what would be best for the both of us. We would definitely come back to work with him!

My experience at Mattress Firm was exceptional. I came into the store with a few things in mind already but boy did I learn a lot! Marianne was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and made the process super easy! She listened to my needs as well as concerns and helped me decide on the perfect mattress!
