His customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to make the entire experience easy and stress-free. Jon is the best! We truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for outstanding service. Thank you, Jon, for helping us find the perfect bed! We chose the Tempur-pedic pro adapt hybrid.

I’ve been wanting to a new mattress for awhile now but what kept stopping me was not being able to try it out before committing and due to my limited research and knowledge on what’s best for me, I decided to scrap online searching/purchasing and visit the store instead. I met with Cody and he was very patient and attentive with my many questions and specific needs for a mattress. I and my family got to check out variety of brands and I ended up really liking one of the purple mattresses. Cody helped me weigh out the pros and cons with each mattresses and I felt really confident in the one I wanted. I ended up coming again on Monday for the holiday sale and Manny helped make the purchasing process really smooth. It was quite busy then but I didn’t have to wait too long to get the helped I needed. I really appreciate the staff and highly recommend checking this place out!

sales man was informative, patient and kind as I take a while to decide. Delivery was awesome. Helpful, thorough, fast, efficient. Love my tempurpedic. Just need to break it in.

Great experience at Mattress Firm Cerritos. Miguel helped us from start to finish and was extremely thorough throughout the whole process. He compared different mattress options with us, explained the differences clearly, and made sure we found the right one without feeling rushed or pressured. The store was clean and well-organized, and the overall purchase process was smooth. Highly recommend this location, especially Miguel, if you’re looking for a stress-free mattress shopping experience.

Cliff is a solid salesman. He works with you to make sure you get what you want. For us, he has suggested alternate additional cost saving approaches with us such as floor models ans overstock. It was a hassle free mattress sales experience and were happy our business went through Cliff.
