Today I walked into Mattress firm, and greeted by Michael. Excellent experience starts. Michael was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the process. He took the time to understand what we needed and helped us choose the perfect mattress. The customer service was outstanding, and the store atmosphere was welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality mattress and honest service.

Had a great experience. Impressed with the advice I received from your staff at the Fullerton, California store. And the pricing was within my budget. Looking forward to getting my mattress delivered with the adjustable base. It will be a great improvement from sleeping on a blow up mattress I have been using recently.

Excellent service from store manager, Shawn. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant in helping my wife and I determine our forever Mattress & bed frame. Shawn was not pushy at all and he was extremely helpful. He will help you find the best fit for you instead of trying to upsell you. Highly reccomend this store and working with Shawn.
