I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Emad Abdelsayed. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect mattress without any pressure. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail — he made sure I was comfortable with my choice and explained everything clearly. Customer service like this is rare these days. The sales people are really nice when trying to make a sale. Not so nice when there is a problem. I dealt with Allan. I spent nearly $2k on a mattress and I expect it to look like new. I purchased it on 11/9 and it was delivered on 11/11. When the delivery people left, I noticed a cosmetic defect on the mattress. I called and they asked me to send in pictures. The sales person said it did look odd to him as well but that he checked with the manufacturer and it’s because they use a single sheet. I asked him if any of the mattresses in the showroom look like this - he said no . So why does mine? He stated he would speak with the district manager and get back to me for a resolution. I’ve been trying to follow up for days and no one is returning my calls or texts. A simple exchange should have been the solution. My advice is to check items thoroughly before the delivery people leave and turn items away if there is an issue. My hope is to return the mattress and purchase from a more trustworthy store.

Emad took the time to really understand my situation instead of just trying to sell me something. He asked the right questions about my sleep position and the kind of discomfort I’ve been having, and based on that, he recommended a pillow that turned out to be exactly what I needed. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me find the right solution rather than just making a sale. The pillow he recommended has already made a noticeable difference for my neck pain, and I really appreciate his guidance.

Andre did wonderful he really made me feel like he knew exactly the kind of Mattress I would need. He allowed me to try all of them out and determine what it was that I liked and in the end he found something that I liked as well as good for my back and good for my pocket. I'm grateful for his expertise. It's obvious that he knew exactly what he was talking about concerning lumbar / back and sleeping options. His professionalism and knowledge resulted in me purchasing a bed from Mattress Firm today.
