The delivery team of Frank and Jose got me all set up in ten minutes and were on time and super friendly. I spent my first night in my new bed and slept straight through for the first time in a year. Cannot recommend this store enough! I went in looking for a new mattress and was immediately greeted by Nicky. He was so professional, patient, and knowledgeable! He knows his mattress brands, the varying firmness levels, and how to assess what a customer precisely needs! He taught me so much about how to properly pick a mattress. After trying out multiple mattresses, I felt the upmost confidence purchasing with Mattress Firm because of Nicky, his knowledge and their plethora of high quality options. I can’t say enough good things about Moni. She was beyond helpful and is extremely knowledgeable about the different brands. We ended up swapping out beds and she made it seamless and painless. I had an easy experience at this location. My sales expert was Sean, My delivery guys were Alex and Mario. The salesman was super knowledgeable and asked me questions about my specific needs. The delivery team were on time had good attitudes and completed the job quickly.
