Great experience! Moni at the Addison store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made it all easy for me. The delivery team of Frank and Jose got me all set up in ten minutes and were on time and super friendly. I spent my first night in my new bed and slept straight through for the first time in a year. He knows his mattress brands, the varying firmness levels, and how to assess what a customer precisely needs! He taught me so much about how to properly pick a mattress. After trying out multiple mattresses, I felt the upmost confidence purchasing with Mattress Firm because of Nicky, his knowledge and their plethora of high quality options. We ended up swapping out beds and she made it seamless and painless. She was just so pleasant and helpful. My husband is rather particular and she was more than willing to work with us to find a good match. I can’t recommend Moni or this MF location enough.
