We were looking for a kitchen dinette and were dealing with space constraints. We thought we knew what we were looking for but in the end found something we had not considered and everything worked out great once we hit Rooms To Go and met Kathy. In a day and age when you tend to feel like a number, the manager came out and thanked us for our purchase. Kudos to RTG and their staff for remembering the lifetime value of a customer and going over and beyond to show appreciation for purchasing from them. Great experience!

We had a great experience at Rooms To Go. We bought a sofa,kitchen dinette. and the salesperson ( silvia Ramos) was very helpful, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and helped us understand all the details before purchasing. She also completed the deal quickly and in a very nice manner. We really appreciated her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend her to others. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the high assembly fee. I believe this charge could have been waived, especially considering the purchase. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
