I had the best experience buying a bed this past Saturday! I went in the store,I was kindly greeted and quickly I was shown exactly what I was looking for within minutes. I was sure I was getting what I needed and the miracle of it all is the mattress I picked was delivered the next day on a Sunday by a polite, kind very professional team who brought in the new mattress, took out the old mattress and left everything in perfect condition. My bed buying experience was a dream come true!! Thank you to the wonderful man who helped me select the new mattress and thank you Mattress Firm for helping me …help others.

I've never felt the need to leave a review of any kind, but my experience with James at this Mattress Firm store truly deserves one. I've never had someone take the time that he did to help me, (not to just make a sale because I told him I was not buying today), and ensure that I had all the information I needed. He walked me through every question I had and explained how every mattress we looked at would benefit me. I highly recommend everyone go see him for your new mattress.

Great working with James me and my wife had come in with some expectations on what we wanted . And James provided what best he could and gave us the best pricing and discounting he could , will be coming back there and working with James again

Placed order on line for the black friday sale, choose delivery date on a Monday which was 2 days later. Nobody ever called me, so I called a week later because order still said pending. Sales person told me that he can only see what I see and that it may take time depending if they have that particular mattress in stock. Okay, I waited another week and still says pending. I called again and this sales person tells me it’s because I ordered it online they themselves don’t deliver it, but a third party like fedex will and I have to wait for a tracking number from them. Odd since it let me choose a delivery date but okay, I waited another week still says pending. 3 weeks in I finally go into store because obvisously they are no help on the phone. Sales person there didn’t understand the back and forth I have been getting but asked what day I wanted it delivered. Finally got delivered but mattress came stained even though it was in a plastic cover.
