Lacreta was such an amazing sales associate. She was very helpful and didn't apply any pressure pushing me towards a specific mattress and allowed me time to try a few. I will definitely be back bringing my mother and recommending this place to others who are looking for a good mattress and great customer service.

When I think of things last minute..oops..that would normally feel awkward asking for like it would just make things so much harder for someone like Nicky's job I just contact my sleep expert for the foreseeable future, really however long as he allows me to annoy him with questions, requests, and new orders I will be following and shopping with Nicky no matter where he goes no joke he is that guy for all of your sleep needs at the price point that works for you. I just do not have that feeling of lack of comfort with him. Frankly I probably trust my purchases with him far too much for someone I've talked to for a hour and a half but wow that time was packed with all of the overboard obsessive painstaking details I need to go over for my own confidence in my purchase. He is a totally different customer service experience than I have been previously treated to and oh wow is he going all out on every last thing to make things as comfortable and easy for me as possible while in a hardship, he is not all the fake happy salesperson you've come to know and despise who either wants to drain your pockets or get you out of their face asap you won't get that feeling or anything like that just the kind of guy I'd have a beer with who is oh so knowledgeable , chill and especially helpful figuring out loopholes to get me what I wanted for a price I could afford I am truly excited for what awesome things he might work his magic on for me next! :)

Nicky was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. He helped us find the perfect mattress based on our needs. Highly recommend going to see Nicky at this location if you are in need of a new mattress!

Elizabeth was more than knowledgeable about the mattress which I thought I needed, she knew what I didn't know! She was flexible and happy to help with moving many mattresses around to find that Goldilocks fit! No complaints only encouragement for me to be sure about what I needed and wanted! Very cordial, polite, and fun to spend time with while I was in the store! I will definitely FIND something else to buy from this store, just to be able to spend more time with such a great customer advocate AND person!
