After going to several places to look for a new bed for my daughter, we went to Mattress Firm. And we discovered that what they offered and the sales and service was a step above the rest. Dixie helped us and went out of her way to really find out our needs and wants. She did an excellent job of finding us great options and the perfect bed. Also she was kind, knowledgeable and really cared. I highly recommend Dixie and Matress Firm Greystone.

Dixie was AMAZING. I’m moving from Alabama to NYC next week and was super overwhelmed trying to coordinate everything, but she made the entire process so easy and stress free. Dawn was a great associate. She is well versed on each product which was extremely helpful in making my final decision for the bed I chose. I had multiple visits to the store before making my purchase, I was always greeted in a professional manner, patience and given information that I needed. Great experience.

Terrell was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and what I was trying to accomplish. He found the perfect mattress in my price range.
