Mattress Firm Trussville

We had a great experience at the Mattress Firm location. Will was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, patient throughout the entire process, and had such an outgoing personality that made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed without any pressure. I definitely recommend asking for Will for all of your mattress needs!

My experience was absolutely amazing. My sleep expert, Jennifer, was extremely helpful and patient with me. She reassured me of some apprehensions I had and was refreshingly honest. The manager onsite, sorry I forgot her name, was great as well. They were professional and relatable. I will definitely recommend and come back when needed. The delivery crew, the dynamic father- son duo were AWESOME. Mr. Dino and Xzavier were beyond professional, clean, and thorough. I looked up and they were finished and not a piece of cardboard or plastic was left. They double and triple checked their work and were so kind. 20 out of 10, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Bryan initially helped us when we came in and took the time to understand our budget and the type of bed we were looking for. He showed us several options and also introduced us to a few mattresses that weren’t originally on our radar, but one of those actually ended up being the bed we chose. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, he also made sure we knew about all the discounts and manager specials available and provided us with a printout of our offer. A couple of days later, I called back to move forward with the purchase, and Will helped me finalize everything. He was very informative about shipping, setup costs, and the delivery process. He also helped resolve some issues I was having with the online signature process and made everything easy and stress-free before wishing us a great holiday weekend. Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated how helpful, patient, and informative both Bryan and Will were throughout the entire process.

I had such a great experience working with Napoleon. He took the time to understand what I needed, explained all my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Thanks to Napoleon, I found the perfect mattress and couldn’t be happier with my purchase!”

Napoleon was amazing! This was my 3rd mattress store and he was the most knowledgeable about the product and what would be better for my situation. Definitely would recommend him.
