1st of all, I loved the cleanliness and setup of the store. Our sleep expert Daisy was great! She greeted me and my son as soon as we stepped in the door with an organically friendly disposition. I was on a tight budget and interested in purchasing a firm mattress for the sale. She’s extremely knowledgeable and did a great job schooling me on the different types of mattresses and helped me choose the right one with regard to my body type, preference and budget. She made the process quick, easy and even included my son in the conversation which I really appreciated. Our delivery crew called prior to arrival, and they were polite, quick and efficient. It was an amazing experience.

Daisy was seriously the sweetest! She made the whole experience so easy and comfortable for us. Buying a mattress can honestly feel overwhelming, but she was so patient, personable, and really took her time helping us find the best fit. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and not just making a sale. I’m so excited for our mattress to finally arrive and really hoping it feels just as amazing at home as it did in the store lol. Thank you again, Daisy, for being so kind and helpful. Daisy is the best! She is the store manager and very committed to helping you! she cares about your sleep hygiene♥️ She not only wants to get you a mattress. She wants to get one that will fit your sleep style and medical needs if necessary. She’s no regular saleswoman. I went in with a budget, but decided to put my sleep first as I work a lot and on my feet a lot. No convincing was necessary, but she led me to the right mattress that has immediately helped me rest and feel relief from stress! Thank you, Daisy! The delivery men were also amazing. Darlin and his team went above and beyond. They gave suggestions on where to put my mattress, laid up my carpet and instructed me on how to use the mattress I bought that is a bit more high-tech than I’m used to. 10/10 all around service and product!

Daisy and David were so sweet and knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for because they listened to our concerns and narrowed down our search. We ended finding the perfect mattress and can’t wait for it to arrive. Excellent customer service and it did not feel pushy at all. They gave us space to feel the mattress and make our own decision on through space. We appreciate it!

Daisy was absolutely so nice. She greeted me in less Then 2 minutes of me walking in & That was the fastest transaction of buying a bed I ever experienced. I literally picked out a bed in 10 minutes.
