Went in today to get a Deep freezer. An employee Named Jesus was very helpful when I finally picked one out. Unfortunately they do not offer same day delivery which I needed however Jesus helped me find a taxi driver who was willing to deliver the deep freezer I chose. Wonderful customer service would give 10 Stars if I could.

Hopefully the quality of the fridge if we ever get it, will be decent, but unfortunately, I don’t know yet because the delivery has been a complete nightmare. I was told a date and then I would be texted 24 hours before that date with a four hour window. Unfortunately, I was never texted. I was called once from a number that came up in my phone is spam, so I did not answer. I checked my voicemail and there’s some girl saying that they can’t get into the apartment even though I explained to them it was a rental unit. I don’t live there. I tried to call the number back and then I get a message that they’re not open. 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ I run outside and there are definitely no delivery man on the block. I wonder if they have the delivery guys do something where they randomly say they’re at a location at a time where they know customers can’t call back to say that they aren’t.
