Kassandra and company were simply wonderful to work with. I came in not knowing a thing about what I wanted and left with exactly what I needed. Clean and pleasant showroom with lots of product to test and choose from. I would highly re commend. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
View on GoogleOur experience dealing with Erik exceeded all expectations. He was knowledgeable, informative, and very pleasant. He made the entire process easy and made sure we had all the info we needed upfront. I will definitely use him again when buying another mattress.
View on GoogleMy fiancée and I had an incredible experience working with Evan Moore at Mattress Firm. From the moment we walked in, Evan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the perfect mattress for our needs. We spent nearly three hours in the store, and Evan showed an unbelievable amount of patience and professionalism. He walked us through every detail, feature, and option without ever rushing us or making us feel pressured. His ability to explain the differences between models, materials, and sleep technologies truly helped us make an informed decision. It’s rare to encounter customer service at this level — Evan made the entire experience enjoyable, educational, and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a mattress, ask for Evan Moore. You won’t find a more attentive or knowledgeable representative. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleCassandra was the nicest customer service person I have encountered in a while. She was polite, patient, and knowledgeable about the product. She was passionate about my needs and communicated intelligently about the items available, mattress covers, pillows, etc. I would highly Recommend the Poplar store if you're interested in purchasing bedding. Thank you Cassandra.
