Mattress Firm Bartlett

This Mattress Firm buying experience was the best I ever had! Keysha was the best sales associate explaining all the options I was looking at. She knew the Purple line especially well which we ended up purchasing. Luckily, it was the tail end of the Fourth of July sale and Keysha made sure we were able to take advantage of it!! She set up delivery for 2 days later. I highly recommend going to see Keysha to buy a Mattress Firm bed. Thank you Keysha!

I was pleasingly surprised at the service that I received. Although Brandon has only been an employee for a short time, he was superb! Je knows his stuff. Obviously he was trained well. He was able to described the differences in the mattresses and he performed a mattress match based on our previous purchases. My time in the store was short-lived due to his knowledge, kindness and perfect delivery of overall customer service. Kudos to him! Kudos to Mattress Firm for recognizing and showing appreciation to military veterans!

Brandon was very helpful with all the questions I had, and there were a lot. He was so patient when explaining the different options and extras that are available and knowing what would best fit my needs. I highly recommend speaking with him if you visit Mattress Firm in Bartlett. Edmond was also very kind and helpful. You can't go wrong with either one of them. They're a great team!

I was greeted by a young man with such a beautiful smile and wonderful demeanor! Edmond was extremely helpful as I chose which mattress would be best for me. He was very knowledgeable about their products. If you are looking for a new mattress, go see Edmond! He will help you get what you need. He is the best!

Great experience at this location! Brandon was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs without feeling rushed or pressured. If you come here, definitely ask for Brandon. Highly recommend!
