Pat was awesome! He made the mattress-buying process so easy for us. We loved having the peace of mind of trying the mattresses in person before purchasing, instead of relying only on online reviews. Lastly, I'm glad we went out the door knowing that we got a good deal. Value all the way!!
View on GoogleThe salesman Patrick served us since we stepped in the store, he is friendly and has the knowledge to answer our questions. Because we try to use the FSA account to buy the mattress. It’s new to us, but the salesman made it simple, and the transaction was done in just few minutes.
View on GoogleI walked in today planning to buy a new mattress. And I was greeted by Ali as I came in. He helped me pick the correct mattress for my sleeping habits. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for my next mattress. Thank you Ali you’re the best!
View on GoogleSales rep Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Transaction just took about 15 mins. Helped me with payment options, scheduled next day delivery and haul away old mattress.
View on GoogleMy wife and I went into the Mattress Firm in Colma to purchase a new bed. I chose this location initially because it had a large showroom and a wide variety of brands and options. We were greeted by our sleep expert Michael. He made the experience informative and fun. We were never pressured into one brand or another. We jumped around from brand to brand and he came along for the ride giving us helpful information along the way so we could make our best decision. If you’re looking to buy a bed, I would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Colma. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Michael, you’re going to have a wonderful time.
