I had a fantastic experience thanks to Nick. He was amazing—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all the mattress options. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect mattress for me. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and truly appreciate his guidance. Highly recommend working with Nick if you’re looking for expert advice and great customer service!
View on GoogleApril was super helpful at helping us pick out the perfect mattress this afternoon. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful; we really appreciate how she gave us space to try out mattresses and discuss our options (because we all know how unpleasant it is when a salesperson follows you around the store practically breathing down your neck). We never felt pressured at any point and felt we were given all the information to make the best purchase that suits our needs. Overall great mattress shopping experience!
View on GoogleApril was wonderful, she helped my husband and I find the right bed and she did not push. It was a real pleasure having her help us, and not feel like we were pressured into buying. She listened to what we wanted then gave us options. Thanks April!
View on GoogleAnthony, office manager, helped us with the function of different products. He is knowledgeable, patient, explaining the pros and cons. He gives us time to discuss, digest the functions vs our needs without the pressure of sales. Highly recommend his services.
View on GoogleLooking for a bed? This is the place to go. Excellent service especially from George & John! Not only did I enjoy searching for the right extra firm mattress, I was given great care & attention. He showed me a great bed, but I asked for the next best level up & George double checked if I was sure. I was & he showed me the best …he is NOT A PUSHY salesman trying to start at the best with the highest cost which I appreciated. He catered to what I wanted. Because it was during the Black Friday sale, I end up purchasing one of the best comfortable, xtra firm mattresses. 2 in fact for our Split King set (2 XL Twins). Received a fantastic deal how can I refuse the purchase. I went for what I needed and I got it. My girlfriend & I had a great time, felt like family with George. We were relaxed, as if we’ve know each other for a while because that was his first impression to us. Very caring, friendly, down to earth & lots of laughs. Ask for George or John to help you. Thank you George for all your help, John too! 🎄 here’s a picture of George & the bed I bought! 🥰. Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!! 🎆
