Sleep Number

We had a fantastic experience at the Sleep Number store in Daly City, and Jade made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right bed for our needs. What we appreciated most was that he was never pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, was transparent about the products and options, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. His honesty and professionalism really stood out. If you’re shopping for a Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend asking for Jade. He provided outstanding customer service, met our needs perfectly, and made the experience stress-free. Thank you, Jade!

It feels odd to review a mattress store, but our experience was so excellent here that I have to! Jade is one of the friendliest and nicest people - in sales and outside of sales. He is so knowledgeable about the beds and extremely helpful. There is no pushy sales pitch or pressure to purchase anything. Jade is professional and really cares about the sleep experience for the user. We are so grateful for his help and we love our new bed! Can't recommend him and this store enough!

Walked in, was not greeted by anyone because they were with customers though they saw us walk in. We walked around and no prices anywhere (how were we to help ourselves and also not be assisted?) then one of the customers who was being helped by one of the agents asked us if we needed help because they noticed we were struggling. That then prompted the salesperson to notice us and ask what our price range was. Once I responded we were told “This is a Sleep Number, you won’t find anything here”. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever received. It was a woman middle aged. I went across the street immediately to Mattress Firm and purchased a mattress there instead. Will never recommend this location of Sleep Number ever.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jade and the team at the Daly City Sleep Number store. Jade was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of our questions and helping us navigate the options. Never felt rushed or pressured—just true top-tier customer service from start to finish.

Jade at Sleep Number is the reason we decided to purchase our bed. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and helped us find the right fit without any pressure. We absolutely love our bed and are very grateful for his help. Thank you, Jade!
