Went in with a good idea of what we were going to purchase. The guys didn’t try and steer us in a direction with a higher price tag. And they were very helpful with pillow purchase. Reminded us that if we were to find a lower price to come back and they would match it. Was a very painless experience, in and out in less than 30 minutes and we weren’t the only patrons in the store. Glad we chose Mattress Firm.

Buying a mattress here was a great experience. Kylan made the whole process easy, he was very informative and made me feel comfortable as a buyer. Big purchases like this often can often involve pushy salespeople and the pressure to buy right away, but that was definitely not the case here! My wants and concerns were listened to and addressed, and I felt very confident and happy as I made my purchase.

Kylan was super helpful. He took his time showing me different mattress that fit my needs. I settled on a mattress and then purchased a remote control bedframe to go with it. I was extremely happy with my purchases. Thanks Kylan for being patient and helpful. 👍

Joshua was excellent at his job, so helpful to help us get just what we needed and even helped us with tips for when our new style of mattress arrives, to get the most comfortable experience from it. Absolute pro and we appreciated his friendliness and professionalism! Can’t wait for our order to arrive!
