A young man named Jaylin helped me and two other people pick out a mattress, Uphold us a base I didn't know I wanted, and got us financed and out the door without making anyone feel like they were waiting. It was amazing, and educational. Jaylin answered questions thoroughly, never tried the same old pushy sales tactics that we all hate, and calmly & professionally made sure each of us was happy with what we settled on. Best part: bought today, delivered and installed tomorrow, and absolutely free. No work on my end or weeks of waiting to start enjoying my new bed! We went in looking for a mattress to help with back trouble and Harie asked a lot of questions and explained everything about the mattresses and helped us narrow down and pinpoint the best mattress to fit what we needed.
