Lisa and the rest of the gang were great. I bought a firm mattress a couple of months ago and C it turned out to be too firm. Went back up to the store and they helped me find a different type of mattress that would work better for me. Lisa helped me be able to return the firm and order the one that should be better for my back. Only downside is that I will have to wait 2 weeks for delivery. I enjoyed both of my visits to the store..also bought one of those wonderful pillows yall have. Its like heaven on a biscuit!

Donald is a very knowledgeable sales rep and is not pushy at all. He listens to your sleep needs, goals and budget and then makes an informed bedding recommendation while being transparent on the pros and cons of each recommended choice. They have a wide selection of mattresses, adjustable frames, etc. We are getting some of our best sleep in many years based on Donald's mattress and adjustable frame advice! Also the delivery process and the delivery workers were top notch, including good communication and great care while moving the furniture in and out of the house. Highly recommend these guys!

Lisa was so very helpful! She helped me get the right mattress for me and my husbands different sleep preferences and the most bang for my buck! I can’t wait for the new bed! The financing is perfect for my budget and was super easy to qualify. I definitely recommend this store. Go see Lisa!

The sales person, Akira, was very nice and knowledgeable of the mattresses. The time she spent answering all of our questions was very valuable to us and helpful in us making our decision in purchasing another mattress from this location.

Looking for a very specific pillow request as a Christmas Gift. Sean informed me it was no longer available. Thinking I would consider a different gift. Sean showed me the replacement & why it was better than the old model. Made the purchase. The sales team at Mattress Firm are top notch professionals. 5 Stars & Highly recommended.
