Great customer service! John was absolutely outstanding! Very patient and encouraged me to try different brands and types before settling on a mattress. Hopefully will not need a new mattress for a while but when I do, they will have me as a return customer!

Outstanding experience and customer service! When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Sean. We told him what we were looking for, and he went out of his way to go over all options, and help us find exactly what we needed, at a great price. This was our second time shopping at this location, and dealing with Sean, and we wouldn't shop anywhere else when we need another mattress.

John was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was not rushed and was made to feel my situation was taken seriously. I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries and was looking for a good mattress and wanted an adjustable base where both my head and feet would raise up.

Great experience. John was fantastic to work with and made our lives easy. He even helped us get a same day mattress from another location nearby since his store was out of stock. I can’t speak to the mattress yet because we just bought it and haven’t had it long enough to review yet, but the store experience was great. Thanks John! (Don’t worry, bed frame coming soon)
