American Factory Direct Furniture and Mattress Outlet

We purchased furniture during the memorial day sale and had the pleasure of working with Brian at the outlet store. He was courteous and informative. We are looking forward to our guest rooms being filled with comfortable and very nice furniture!

We are big fans of the Outlet Store. In the past 2 weeks we have purchased 3 recliners and a chest of drawers. The discounting is awesome and the quality of the furniture is obvious. Can’t say enough about the staff and sales people. They were attentive and extremely helpful. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price.

Jacob was absolutely amazing to work with. He originally helped me pick out a couch, but when we realized it didn’t fit in my house after measuring, he went above and beyond to make it right. The very next day he personally went back through options and found couches that matched the exact measurements we could fit. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free. On top of that, he helped get the couch ordered and arranged delivery on short notice for a day I happened to be in town, which I really appreciated. Customer service like that is rare. Jacob truly went above and beyond to help me, and I couldn’t recommend working with him more.

There is no other place my wife and I shop for furniture. We have purchased our entire home from the Comeaux’s / American factory direct. They are great people (Jacob) to deal with and have good pricing for Quality furniture. Their variety of styles makes it so easy to find what you’re looking for. You can also find great deals with Bobs specials either in store or outlets.

The two gentlemen who helped me weren't sure if they had what I needed in size in my budget but they looked and found exactly what I was looking for and gave it to me at such a good price. They were both very nice, helpful and friendly too. I will be going back very soon for my recliner Great service and excellent price!. Highly, very highly recommend!! 😁 👍👍
