Sleep Number

Vaughn was very personal and professional. He showed me each matress, the Flex Fit 2 adjustable base and the furniture surround that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and educated me with the romote and app. during my 3 hour stay on Memorial Day. He seemed to be very honest and a patient salesman. He also was very accommodating with my health care discount. I felt Vaughn was a very good salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Sleep Number mattress.

Cannot recommend Vaughn highly enough. From the moment we walked in, he was knowledgeable, personable, and made what could have been an overwhelming process genuinely fun. He laid out our options clearly, never once tried to upsell us, and trusted our backs to pick the right mattress for us — which is exactly the approach you want when you're making a purchase like this. The pressure point demo was a standout. It was informative without being a sales gimmick, and it directly reinforced what the aches and pains my wife and I have been dealing with were already telling us. Seeing the data line up with what our bodies were saying made the decision feel obvious rather than agonizing. A quick PSA: do NOT sleep on the carveout pillows… wait, DO sleep on the carveout pillows. We grabbed a set along with our new mattress and they had them in stock, so we walked out with them the same day. Even paired with our old mattress while we wait on the new one, we saw a massive improvement in sleep the very first night. If you're shopping at Sleep Number, ask for Vaughn. You'll leave with the right mattress, the right pillows, and zero buyer's remorse.

I called the Cranberry, PA, Sleep Number Store and spoke with Dave. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. He helped me from start to finish with a bed and mattress cover order. He made the buying process so much easier than using the website. I have had a sleep number bed for almost ten years and will never switch back to a regular mattress.

Vaughn at the Cranberry location was incredible! He was so helpful, so patient, never pushy. In the end, we walked out having made this purchase feeling so excited and so satisfied that we made the right choice. Could not have done it without such a helpful sales person. Thank you!

I highly recommend the Sleep Number store in Wexford, PA. Lindsay took as much time as we needed to explain all the options and let us try them out. We have a 20 year old Sleep Number bed that still works but wanted to try one of the new ones that adjust up and down. My husband likes a firm mattress and I like a softer one so sleep number is perfect.
