After testing and picking for over an hour, I sat down at the McKnight store to checkout where I asked if I could get some kind of deal for the queen I wanted. Was told definitely - I can get one of the old-brand versions of the same bed which are no longer on the floor (Oasis was called Classic) - go ahead and call the Cranberry store to order it there.
I order a queen size over the phone and the mattress set is dropped off at my house in the morning a few days later, then I go to work. I come back from work, unwrap the mattress, low-and-behold it's a Full size and not a Queen.
When I call OMF they tell me to go kick rocks. I have to buy a new mattress at a discounted price and there's nothing they can do. This is the same guy who put in the order for my 'Queen'.
These guys are not your local-town good guys. They will scam you like any other furniture store; being from Pittsburgh means nothing. Telling people to stay far away.

We had our Original Factory bed set for about 15 years and have been happy with it from day one.

I have purchased my last 6 mattresses from this company. Local company, excellent mattresses that last. All my kids got a new bed for college this year we bought new mattresses for our house too. The Cranberry store is just terrific. Makes shopping so easy.

I thought I should post some information about The Original Mattress Factory and what they call a warranty. Before you buy a mattress, make sure your bed is built of bumper strength steel. Because they will blame the construction of the bed. And the bed frame we have is made of cast iron.
Then make sure you only buy the box spring from them because if you have a box spring that is any older than 48 hours old, it will cause the mattress to fail according to their "experts". The mattress I purchased was a top of the line Original Mattress Factory mattress that I spent $2,000.00 for. Now 4 years later, it is sinking terribly. So when the salesman tells you about how great their warranty is, don't put a lot of faith in it.
And while I didn't agree with the conclusions their "expert" came to, I was willing to spend my money with them again, so I asked if they could maybe prorated the mattress and replace it. Or for that matter, rebuild it, since they are the "Factory". They aren't willing to work with you in any way, shape or matter. Be careful spending your money with them.
Seems this review brought a response from the owner. His response is just more smoke and mirrors. The bed frame in question is made of cast iron. The only thing stronger would be to make a concrete bed with footers. Seems your "expert" left out of the picture that the box spring is supported with center feet on the rails. And you can continue to make all the excuses you want, the bottom line is that you are not concerned with customer satisfaction or keeping a customer instead you use workarounds to support your useless warranty, that you must have had written by a very expensive legal team. All your advertising boasts about you being the factory. Well, then why not just rebuild the mattress in question? The conclusion I have come to is that dealing with the Original Mattress Factory is an exercise in futility.

Good prices with great quality work. You have several types (memory foams, inner springs, hybrids) of mattresses and several types of frames (articulating, vibrating, standard bare or with headboards.etc.,) to choose from. The staff were friendly and encouraged you to try out all the different types and firmness of the mattresses. Delivery was within the window of time they quoted us, the delivery people were quick, clean, courteous, and efficient.
We had a great experience with OMF and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress !
