If you’re at the Mattress Firm in Decatur, ask for India! We spent multiple hours in the store and India was with us every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to model out different packages and pricing scenarios for us, and never once made us feel rushed. What impressed us most was that she was simultaneously helping 2-3 other families at the same time and somehow managed to give everyone her full attention — all with total grace and professionalism. Buying a mattress is a bigger decision than people expect, and having someone like India made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. We left confident we made the right choice. One of the best buying experiences we’ve ever had, and one of the best salespeople we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. Brionna was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs, and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I walked in and was the only person there. There was also only one salesperson there. I needed a mattress cover for my 87 year-old mother's old lumpy bed. I couldn't afford a new mattress. The salesgirl was very attentive, not aggressive and I was able to choose the topper I could afford without ant pressure from her. Great experience. I will be back should I need a mattress or another topper some day. I don't know her name, but it was Sunday afternoon on April 12 around 12:30pm. I appreciate the excellent service!

This review is long overdue. I bought a mattress from Romeo (Sales Manager) at this store back in July of this year and have LOVED my Sealy Sleepy’s firm mattress since that time! The thing I appreciated most about this purchasing experience however was working with Romeo. Like many others have said in their reviews, Romeo is helpful but not pushy. He asks a whole series of questions — but the right questions in my mind — to really get a better idea of what you’re looking for and what’s your price range, and he helps guide you to help you find the right mattress for you. In fact, he taught me a whole lot about shopping for mattresses, always encouraging me to try the mattress in person whenever possible so you know how it actually feels and he encouraged me to try as many mattresses as I wanted in the store. Overall, I think I must have spent at least an hour and a half in this store trying no less 5 mattresses and this is the wonderful and educational type of mattress shopping experience that I was able to have courtesy of Romeo. :) Whenever I or any of my loved ones in the area ever need to buy a mattress again, I would come back to this store in a heartbeat and go find Romeo right away!
