Easy peaseasy, picked up from the warehouse with no wait time.

Employees that don’t communicate. No signage telling you what to do. Other customers had to help load

We were told at the store that someone would load and secure the mattress. They brought it to the edge of the dock, gave us sisal rope and went back in the warehouse. The two people we talked to were nice.

My Husband and I had a wonderful experience today. We were able to find the perfect mattress that fits our needs. Chandler was our assistant and he was very helpful. He explained all the different types of mattress they have and knew his job. But what we wanted was not in stock so we did drive to the ware house to pick up what we purchased for same day availability. Although the frame we ordered was not available Chandler made it right. We was able to get the zero gravity series i Bed frame at no extra cost. So if your looking for a new sleep comfort with good service I highly suggest you check out mattress firm!!

May I give 8 stars?!! Something has changed since I was there years back. The staff made the atmosphere alive and radiant. The food? Oh my, I did ot want to brush my teeth! I wanted to awake with the flavor! Thank you for the great experience!
