I could have bought a bed anywhere . I never could have found another Jacob . Some people just do their job . Jacob went above and beyond. I wasn’t just sold a bed . I was educated on the best bed that fit my needs financially and physically. He was not only professional, he was so personable too. A lovely combination hard to find these days . I never felt pressured or rushed . The patience of a saint that Jacob had . Great hire Mattress Firm . If I ever open a business I’m coming to get him . The face of a company is what brings customers and their referrals in to spend their hard earned dollars with you . Jacob our salesperson was great! He listened with no pressure to buy. I felt he was honest in discussing the pros and cons of the items I purchased and those I didn’t. I had never purchased from Mattress Firm prior to this purchase. I would recommend them.
