Mattress Firm Rinehart Rd

Huge shout out to the Rinehart Mattress Firm team: Michael and Ismael! 5-star customer service was provided from start to finish. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly listened to our needs. We explained exactly what we were looking for in a bed, and he delivered by helping us find a mattress that met our expectations perfectly. He also recommended a California King to better accommodate my husband’s height and overall comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Ismael was also a very supportive manager who assisted Michael with his knowledge, leadership, and customer care. Together, they made us feel confident and comfortable about our purchase. Thank you both for such an amazing experience!

Bought a mattress from this location almost 3 years ago - unfortunately it didn’t last. Filed a claim and it was approved by MF in days. Went in to look for a replacement and Dave was extremely helpful. He made great recommendations and was a no pressure sales person. He genuinely wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my selection. My new beauty rest black will be delivered Tuesday. Very pleased with the experience. Will provide an update after I receive the new mattress and get a few nights rest.

David was very knowledgeable about what bed was best for my needs. He was very patient and explained things thoroughly. I was able to purchase a nice bed and get a good sale price! Thank u

Michael, the Sleep Expert was fantastic. He walked me through the available mattresses I told him I was interested in a firm one. He had me lying down on each mattress and explained the differences. When I decided on the mattress I wanted, Michael told me about the $300 credit I received and applied that credit to the delivery and a mattress cover. I also purchased an adjustable base Michael showed me. I highly recommend Michael for your purchase of a new mattress and also other items available at Mattress Firm. He is definitely an asset to the company and is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the perfect mattress.

When I walked through the door, I was greeted promptly by Michael, and was also pleased to see that there was an adequate selection of mattresses to choose from. I did not want to spend a lot of time in there so gave him a budget of what I wanted to spend. We went over to mattresses in my price range and realized that I needed to upgrade a bit. In doing so we each started sharing stories about our mattress experiences, example ,how old the one I am on now and how my purchase would be justified. He shared a couple stories as well. I did not feel pressured whatsoever at that point so we continued on and I spent way more time in there than I thought just Talking about life my point is he was very personable and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my experience with him and that store and it’s location. I would most certainly purchase from there again.
