Mattress Firm Oviedo

My wife and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Alexia was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain our options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions without ever making us feel pressured. She also did a great job helping us compare mattresses and pillows so we could find what worked best for us. We really appreciated her professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Alexia, for making what could have been an overwhelming purchase such an enjoyable experience!

I want to shout excellent praises to Alexia at Oviedo location. She provided amazing white glove Customer Service to me. She was very patience, knowledge, personable, upbeat and genuine. She respect my privacy before asking questions to narrow down the right mattress for me. Although I didn't purchase anything, I would certainly go back, to her specifically, if and when I decide to upgrade my mattress and frame. Thank you, so much, Alexia, you are sweet and awesome person. 😊

Purchasing a mattress is something I have been putting off for one reason or another, from the moment I waked in to Mattress Firm in Oviedo, and was greeted by Ishmel, I knew I was in the right place. It was 7:56 pm and the store closed at 8. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. After listening to my needs, he explained exactly what he had to offer and the rewards they were offering. He made my experience there very comfortable. I am pleased with my selection. If you are shopping for a mattress, I recommend checking out Ishmel at Mattress Firm in Oviedo across from the YMCA.

Went in this afternoon to purchase a new mattress not sure what I wanted. Ishmael met us at the door and spent time showing us the differents between all he had to offer. Very knowledgeable and professional. Time will tell how good the mattress will be. Stay tuned for updates lol

I purchased an adjustable foundation for an elderly friend of mine from this location. Alexia was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the different options. The delivery notifications were spot on. The delivery actually was within The first 10 minutes of the window of time I was given. The young men that delivered the Foundation were very polite. They moved her existing headboard, footboard, and box springs into a spare bedroom as we didn’t want to get rid of those. The only problem we had was when the young man was reaching for the mattress he reached in the center of the allergy cover to pull the mattress up, and it tore the cover. He was extremely apologetic. I went back to the store and talked with Ishmael showed him the receipt where I had Purchased the new allergy cover and he was quick to refund me the money. They truly seem to care about the happiness of their customers, and I would certainly be glad to deal with them or recommend this store to anyone.
