Mattress Firm East Brunswick

Ty was exceptional as a salesperson. Went through the different levels of mattress, describing what the pros/cons of each were while focusing on the aspects that mattered the most. There was a customized survey which helped guide us towards the mattress that would be our best fit, and Ty patiently worked with us to make the experience not only painless but enjoyable. Would recommend.

The recommendation is still true and valid but I figured the sales process was a bit misleading even though I understand sales are trying to make sales- I was told the mattress is $580, he says with $600 I can get you a bed frame - when I got a 10 year protection plan email I was shock to see the that the mattress actually $500 (which I am not sure if it's true now)- the bed frame was not free neither was the protection plan- I told them the protection plan purchase was not shown on the receipt - they reply even if you cancel or return it is still $600, I am confuse. Mateen specifically sell me this mattress because I told him I am just using for a short few years, I am looking for sth budget friendly a low price mattress that's firm and there were three areas of red stain mark on it. This is why I adjust my rating. Thank you for your attention and compensation. Mateen’s is a patient man with a high sense of knowing and servicing his customer- he can relate to people’s need and give suggestion well, I would 100% recommend him if you need someone to walk with for your right fit of good sleep! I got a good fit for myself so look for Mateen! He can help! Thank you Mateen!

We have been in desperate need of a new mattress due to severe back problems. My husband had been enduring the last few days, Tyrone excepted us with great customer service immediately upon entering the door. He took his time to help us choose the best fit for all of us and actually made sure we left the same day with our new mattress. The quality of service was highly unremarkable.

Carlos was very helpful and informative. He took the time to walk us through the variety of differences among many mattresses, and worked with us to get the best mattresses for what we wanted to spend. We've purchased from Mattress Firm in the past and would absolutely do so again. Highly recommended.

Excellent salesman. Very helpful on deciding on the right mattress for both of us. He was very noticeably about all the products. Nice sale. Thank you for all your help and no pressure
