I had just started my mattress search and went in to my first stop just to look and see what prices are like nowadays but after speaking to Richard, I ended up getting a higher end mattress, even though I had planned for something else. I’m happy with the purchase and the service that Richard provided and all of the answers he provided as well as his candor.
View on GoogleRichard was great. I went in asking about a warranty on a mattress I had purchased with them prior. He explained the options to me, was able to give me a credit toward a new mattress of my choice. Richard gave me breaks down of each mattress I was interested in, answered all of my questions. He gave me a great deal and even got it delivered same day. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I will definitely return, thank you Richard!
View on GoogleI went into the store on Viscount and was immediately greeted by Chris. He was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses in the store. I was never pressured to buy anything and Chris told me to lay on the mattresses and try them out while I waited for my girlfriend to get there. Once she got there we sat on several of the displays, asked Chris some questions we had, he answered our questions, we made our decision, he rang us up and we left. Simple, smooth and easy..thank you Chris for a wonderful experience and a great mattress!
View on GoogleRichard at Mattress Firm was so helpful! He really took the time to listen to what my grandma was looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He helped us find the perfect mattress for her while staying within her budget, and we were even able to get free delivery with the Labor Day sale. We had such a great experience and would 100% recommend this location and also Richard!
View on GoogleI needed an adjustable bed base ASAP and everywhere I called would take longer than a week to deliver. When I called Mattress Firm on Viscount, Michael Roddy, salesperson, took the time to research and made calls until he was able to find one and was delivered next day. Great customer service, would highly recommend. Very happy with my purchase
