View on GoogleWonderful Experience!!!!! My husband and I went to Raymour & Flanagan in Somerville MA to find a new recliner. We were greeted by a wonderful salesperson Rayhana (I hope I spelt your name correctly) She was friendly, polite, respectful and knowledgeable of the furniture we were looking for. We ultimately purchased a Starlight recliner and he loves it! That’s the recliner in the photo. It is just the perfect recliner! I loved his recliner so much we went today and purchased another Starlight recliner. The salesperson Rayhana greeted us in the same delightful way. She also remembered us from our last purchase :) Needless to say she’s pleasant as ever. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the store whom also was just as friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing my new chair!!!! I cannot say enough about the experience we had with Raymour & Flanagan!!!! Their products are wonderful, great quality, stylish and they also have a huge selection. I can’t wait to get my new recliner!!! Thank you 😊
View on GoogleUPDATE to rave about the delivery service! The three hour arrival window was spot on and we could easily track the truck as they progressed toward our house. The two delivery men were so fast and limber (we watched one jump from the ground straight into the truck to pull our old mattress in!) They placed our new furniture exactly where we asked for it - and when one of our couch pieces wasn’t working (electronic recliner), they opened the base and figured out how to reconnect the wires. They removed our old mattress and box spring as promised. We were very impressed - the entire delivery and set up took approximately 40 minutes! Brian helped us upgrade our couch and bed during our appointment and understood our vision/wishes quickly! We were looking for a couch with a chaise and recliner and he delivered by pointing us to a handful of options to try, and we loved one! He also helped us try various mattresses and sold us on the adjustable base. He was knowledgeable and kind, and also patient as we went back and forth on a few different options as we made our final decision. Thank you Brian! And thank you to Raymour and Flanigan - we were able to purchase the same bed frame that I purchased 13 years ago but in a king, so we maintain our matching bedroom set with an upgraded bed!

We called Raymour and Flanigan and talked to Amy and we knew that once we were off the phone we wanted to drive 30 minutes to meet her She insured on the phone that they would have something we would like and of good quality!. We got a beautiful bed frame and a base that postures your body. Amy is awesome. Very personable. Very smart and experienced. She isn’t your typical sales person. She is that and beyond ! Thank you so much Amy for helping us with our bedroom and making sure we are comfortable and happy !!!! I highly recommend going here and asking for Amy
