I’ve visited Mattress Firm on Fallon multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a friendly and professional atmosphere. Marcos, the manager, truly stands out—he’s knowledgeable, approachable, and takes the time to answer every question without making you feel pressured. I’ve been to several other mattress stores, but this location is by far the best. The level of customer service here is unmatched, and it’s clear that it starts from the top with Marcos. His leadership really shows through the entire experience. There’s a reason this store is rated 4.9, and I can confidently say it’s well deserved. I’ll continue coming back here for future needs and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great mattress-buying experience.
View on GoogleHad an excellent experience at Mattress Firm in Dublin. David our sleep expert was very patient and knowledgeable. Another gentleman - Rochel - also help educate me on how to choose a mattress. We ended up buying a firm mattress but after a week, we decided it wasn't firm enough so we exchanged it for an extra firm mattress that was perfect. The return process was smooth and lived up to the no hassle process that we were promised. In addition, the delivery team was very nice and professional on both occasions. I highly recommend!
View on GoogleMy salesperson was David Wu. He was very helpful and sincere. I had a pleasant experience purchasing BeautyRest Cal King size mattress from him.
