Mattress Firm Livermore Showroom

I had a great experience with mattress firm in Livermore. It’s a tough thing to pick out a mattress and they were very friendly and helpful and understanding of my situation. I do have a bad back and they were very knowledgeable on helping me. Choose the right bed for me. I work with all three of the sales representatives down there they were both fantastic to work with. I recommend going there if you want friendly knowledgeable. And caring people

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. The staff was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain all the options without any pressure. We ended up buying two mattresses with adjustable frames, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The quality of both the mattresses and the adjustable bases is excellent—super comfortable, smooth operation, and perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The whole buying process was easy, pricing was fair, and delivery/setup went smoothly. Highly recommend Mattress Firm if you’re looking for comfort, quality, and great customer service. We’ll definitely come back again!

April greeted us as we walked in., She was friendly and professional. She allowed us to walk around and test all the mattresses and shared her knowledge about the technology of each mattress. She asked us questions to understand our needs and made great suggestions. My sister and I enjoyed our visit there and we each walked away with a purchase. I’m looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress!

I had a really great experience working with April at Mattress Firm. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Moving to a new city can be stressful, and something as simple as buying a mattress could have easily been overwhelming, but she made the experience feel easy and welcoming. April took the time to walk me through my options, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision without ever making me feel pressured. She also went out of her way to help me out more than I expected, which meant a lot to me as someone just getting settled in a new place. It’s rare to come across someone who is both professional and genuinely caring about the people they’re helping. I’m really grateful for the experience and happy to be starting out in a new city with people like April around. If you visit Mattress Firm, I definitely recommend asking for her!

April was a huge help in finding the right mattress. Hear team was great too! We have pets, so she helped us navigate some choices that fit our needs. When it comes time to buy again we plan to come back.
