Mattress Firm Florence

I would like to tell you about Ms.Yone Davis . I received A+ customer service . She was so kind and knowledgeable about your product. She anticipated my every need. This employee truly represented your company 110%. She will keep customers coming, this is quality assurance. My question to you is what do you do for an employee that goes above and beyond? You have a diamond in your mist. Thank you!

My mother and I came to this location and worked with Yone. She was SO sweet and helpful and patient. I think it’s better to go to the mattress store directly where you can choose - from all the different varieties of firmness, hybrids, coils/memory foam. You’ve got to TRY to know what you like. And you need to have an informed representative who can be patient and kind. Yone covered all territory. (And btw she was delightful with my 87 year-old mother) Highly recommend!

Yone was fantastic to work with! My husband and I shopped around and went back to her at Mattress Firm on David McLeod to buy. She made the process of searching and buying easy. We wanted to give her our business. Highly recommend!

It was short notice that I decided I wanted a new bed. I called the store ahead of time and asked quite a few questions. Yone seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful on the phone so I took a chance and went up to the store. I’m sure glad I did. I knew basically what I wanted and I knew what the online sale prices were. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. As a bonus, the adjustable frame was on sale for about the same as the regular basic frame! My luck, they had both items in stock and I was able to get them the same day. Thanks Yone and Mattress Firm!

Yone was absolutely fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my constant changes in product selection. Wonderful shopping experience. Highly recommend!!
