Second time visiting Mattress Firm at The Fountains of Miramar looking for a new bedroom set for my new home, and once again, the experience was excellent. The store always makes you feel welcome — clean, cozy, and with so many options that you end up finding exactly what you need. I always prefer firm mattresses, and my previous purchase here was a Tempur-Pedic King Split Firm mattress, which I loved.
This time, my salesperson Carlos went above and beyond to help me choose the best option within my budget. He was very professional, humble, patient, and bilingual, which was definitely a plus. I ended up purchasing the Posturepedic Elite Hybrid High Point Queen Prime, and Carlos took the time to explain details about the mattress, including how long it has been on the market and the feedback and return history from customers. That honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable with my decision.
Afterward, I also asked about pillows and sheet recommendations, and he was very helpful with suggestions. I had concerns about delivery because my home is currently under renovation, and I was purchasing everything on a Sunday for delivery the following week. Since they offer room-of-choice delivery, I asked if it could be delayed if needed, and Carlos worked with me to create a flexible timeframe in case the renovations were not finished on time.
I will definitely come back in the future if I need anything else, and I highly recommend both this store and Carlos. He truly turned what could have been a stressful experience into something exciting and smooth.

Came just looking today. The customer service was sooo great that I purchased a bed. Mr. Jean was wonderful and knowledgeable about the beds. I highly recommend anyone who wants a bed to come here ASAP.
I want say the price but my deal was outstanding and I will return for any additional needs. Mr. White

Excellent customer service! The sales associates, Laura and Jean, were very patient and attentive. They gave us a lot of helpful information and spent a good amount of time with us looking for the best option. They also have great deals. Highly recommended!

Jean from the Mattress Firm Pembroke Pines Outlet store was fantastic, so when I needed another mattress, I made sure to visit him again at the Miramar store. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Jean is the only person I trust for all of my mattress purchases, and I highly recommend working with him!

Jean and Sascha were amazing! They helped me pick out a mattress that was a best fit for me and my sleeping habits . Sa Sasha was very personable and caring and remembered my son’s name . Great customer service and follow up!! Highly recommend these guys!!
