Grace was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued the entire time. Memorial Day sales are definitely a big deal, but what truly stood out was the customer service. Steve, the district manager, also went above and beyond with his professionalism, charisma, honesty, and transparency. Between him and Grace, every question we had was answered thoroughly without any pressure. They made the entire process feel seamless, easy, and comfortable. It was honestly one of the easiest “yes” decisions we’ve made together. Both Ivette and I left extremely happy with our experience today. Grace and Steve were absolute rockstars and truly earned our business. Don’t waste your time going to the large branded furniture stores. Between the great Memorial Day deals and the willingness to genuinely work with your needs, interests, and budget, Mattress Firm in Pembroke Pines completely exceeded our expectations. Our Sleep is vital affecting our health and performance.
