That level of attention to detail and customer care is rare these days. She spent over an hour with us, patiently walking us through the newest products and technology. Her knowledge was exceptional, and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything while making sure we felt comfortable and informed. At no point did it feel like we were being upsold — she genuinely focused on finding the right fit for us. After several personalized tests and adjustments, she helped us select the perfect mattress — and we were able to get it on sale! The entire experience felt professional, relaxed, and tailored specifically to our needs. Monique is incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly a pleasure to work with.
