My Fiancé and I went into the store not expecting to buy that day; we just wanted to test out some of the mattresses and get a feel for them. Cliff greeted us and let us test out the mattresses ourselves. We ended up looking at the Purple Mattresses last and checking them out when Cliff came up to us to ask how we felt so far. He was such a great guy, showing us the different settings on the adjustable bed frame and how different the zero gravity effect on the bed was compared to how we slept regularly. It was such a difference that we decided that we needed this sooner rather than later! Cliff was well informed about how the body should sleep, thanks to his 10+ years of experience. I would definitely recommend others to go here for the variety of different brands in one place. We were not overwhelmed with questions and were helped exactly when we needed it. We would like to just thank Cliff for giving us such a wonderful experience, and we are excited to have our new bed the day after visiting!!

What a wonderful exemplary customer service experience we encountered here in this mattress firm store with Cliff. Cliff was beyond knowledgeable and was patient to educate us on options and qualities of the mattresses. What a breath fresh air to find honest sales people who aren’t there to collect a paycheck or make commission, but is willing to understand the customers needs and work with them to ensure the customer is satisfied.
