Avocado Green Mattress - Orange County & Outlet Store

My negative experience with Avocado Customer Care is the gift that keeps on giving. After two days of having the mattress delivered, I notified Customer Care that my husbands scolliosis and spinal fusion were at odds with the mattress firmness. I was told I could not initiate any change for 30 days. I then requested a refund in light of this information. I was suggested that the spongy mattress would firm up over the waiting period...perhaps my Thuma bed frame was at issue...and again told I had to wait to initiate the return. I asked to escalate my request to a higher level management...still no resolution. As seniors, we cannot use our bedroom as a result of Avocado refusing to collect the mattress. Our guest room on a lower level requires us to navigate a winding staircase and is concerning. We have now complied with their request to demonstrate that the mattress remains in pristine condition with a video. Customer Service Rep, Aura, has been silent and the clock continues to tick. We have a vacation in the very near future and must have resolution before we depart. I cannot recommend this brand based on Customer Service and the way they have lost me forever as a customer of anything with their brand name. Don't venture into this rat hole. 18 emails and still no resolution speaks for why not to buy an Avocado green mattress.

It was an unexpected pleasure speaking with the representative, whose name was Sierra in customer service and sells for avocado green mattresses. She answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. She has got to be one of the top sales reps? I feel that way because I've have talked to many sales representatives and she has by far exceeded others and is a credit to Avocado Green.

This morning, I decided to add more to my Brentwood Home Crystal Cove collection. I already have the mattress, three-piece yoga set, and two standard pillows, and today I added two king pillows. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Isaiah M., and I just have to say: it’s rare these days to come across a customer service representative as warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as he is. It genuinely felt like I was shopping alongside someone who knew the product line inside and out and was happy to help; not just doing a job. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly appreciate Isaiah’s exceptional service and wanted Brentwood Home to know what a great job they did in hiring him. He reflects the brand beautifully. Given that you're fully aware of what your products look like, I thought I would send the finished product. I chatted with Jesse S. for about 20 minutes, who patiently answered all of my questions about the mattress, topper, and pad. I had already read the Consumer Reports review, which rated the Avocado Green highly, but I had several specific questions that I needed personalized help on, particularly related to the firmness I would need and whether or not a topper would be required for my situation. Shout out to Jesse for all of the help he provided. Incidentally, I did buy the mattress after we finished chatting and looking forward to sleeping on it soon.

I had a difficult time placing an order for sheets for my daughter for Christmas. At first I was told that the gray color she wanted was out of stock and I would be told when they were back in stock. When I followed up on it, Shauna E responded to me and let me know the gray color was discontinued. Then I tried to order the sheets in natural. The website showed they were in stock in the King size, but when I tried to order them I received a message that they could not be delivered to my area. I asked Shauna about it and she told me that warehouse was out of stock, but one store had one set and they could not ship them. She told me the sheets should be back in stock before Christmas and she would let me know when they were back in stock. She did and she kept an eye on the order for me. That is great customer service!
