We met Ebony in July, 2025 when we first began looking to replace our sofa and kitchen table. She was the best salesperson we have ever worked with. She introduced herself and then let us walk around and look without hovering over us and pushing us to buy every few minutes. While we weren't prepared to purchase that day, she put our choices and thoughts into the computer. We assured her we would return when we were ready to purchase. As life tends to do, we actually weren't able to purchase until March, 2026, but we remembered Ebony's personable and professional treatment of us last summer. She was able to bring up our choices and helped us buy our furniture. It was the best and most seamless furniture buying experience I have ever had in the 20+ years I have been buying such items. Starvin Marvin had a great and upbeat attitude from the start as soon as we called call the store we knew he was our guy. As we walked in we are greeted by Marvin. He set me up with VIP diamond status right away and was approved within about 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and ansqer all questions we had. Margot had an amazing welcoming attitude, she was cheerful and was making us all smile. Starvin Marvin and Margot even helped us get a earlier delivery date. My sister and I were shopping for a power lift recliner for our mom. We were kindly greeted by Quinsi and he showed us his line. After explaining the details he allowed us to ponder the different selections. Quinsi answered all of our questions and we purchased the one he recommended. Went a couple of weeks ago to look at living room sets. Met with Ebony, we saw a set we liked and she gave us all the information on it to take home and help make a decision. She was not pushy at all. Went back today and purchased it with Ebony’s assistance. She was knowledgeable and made the process to purchase and set up a delivery date as easy as possible.

We called ahead with 40 minutes before closing to come check out mattresses. Quincy met us at the door, ushered us to the mattresses, and answered all our questions with confidence and full disclosure. He was invaluable and used no pressure. Just helpful consultation. We did not go there to buy that night, but he was so helpful we purchased a full mattress, base, and sheets/pillows. Great experience!
