Mattress Firm Grand Canyon

We had such a great experience with Minoo Lakani! We originally went to Mattress Plug to get a bed, but when we came here Minoo helped us and the experience was completely different. She took the time to explain everything so clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right option. Amazing customer service — we’re so glad we came here and worked with her. Highly recommend asking for Minoo!

Minoo was very helpful in assisting us on the type of mattress that best suited us. She provided us with a variety of options to test. She was patient and attentive, while also assisting other customers as she was the only one working. She was friendly and not pushy. Because of budget, we were afraid of settling on something we weren’t 100% sold on after about an hour of testing mattresses. We knew which one we wanted but it was beyond our budget. Minoo listened to our needs, understood our budget, and was able to find the exact mattress we wanted for a discounted price. It was a great experience overall.

We received our mattresses from Mattress Firm today. They are so beautiful and comfortable. Minoo at the Grand Canyon location was our salesperson. She did a great job fulfilling our needs. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. The delivery was great as well. The guys set everything up for us and were very pleasant as well. We are so pleased with the service and the merchandise we’ve purchased from Mattress Firm!

I was FINALLY able to feel confident and actually excited about making this important investment into my sleep, all thanks to Minoo, the store manager at this Grand Canyon location. She brought so much knowledge to each individual product option available, from mattresses, to bases to all of the accessories. I knew I was dealing with a true expert not only when Minoo was sharing her knowledge about the various products, but especially when she taught me so much about the actual science behind sleep and how the body’s healing process works. Minoo is truly passionate about helping people, and she is absolutely the person you want helping you make the best decision for how you spend so much of your time (asleep)! Thank you again, Minoo!

Minoo was very attentive and helpful. We were interested in the purple pillow and demoed it in store. She was telling us all the deals and even offered the best price in town. I highly recommend visiting Minoo if you have any questions on your bed or pillows.
