Me and my partner had an amazing experience with mattress firm. We talked with William and from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Knew all our needs especially since we’re truck drivers so it really was a plus. Answered our questions with ease, didn’t make us feel overwhelmed and during the process of paying we had a great conversation as if we were talking to an old friend!
For sure would recommend this place to others and would buy again here if I ever need another mattress, the one I got I really love. I’ve never had a bed this soft but at the same time sturdy too. Love it!

Yovan out salesman was great!!! Knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and allowed us time to decide what was best for us. He treated us fair and was kind and did an excellent job!!

We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm – Fort Apache in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine care and personalized attention by Flo, Regina, and William. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and fully prepared to answer every question we had.
Their outstanding customer service made us feel truly valued, and we appreciated the time they dedicated to helping us find exactly what we needed. On top of that, we received a great deal—better than any other store we visited.
We left completely satisfied and confident with our purchase. We highly recommend this location and the wonderful team that works there!

Had immediate response when we walked in the door, Chris helped us with exactly what we were looking for, great deal when living on a tight budget. Husband was happy he got a New Bed with an adjustable bed frame. Wife happy, husband happy, Chris happy as well.

Mr. William Dean at Mattress Firm is absolutely the greatest asset the company has. I recently purchased two mattress sets from William at the Ft Apache location in Las Vegas. He is truly the true expert in the sleep expert and mattress industry. From the time I walked through the door, with his great smile, warm reception, and firm handshake, I found that William was also the best sales expert I'd ever encountered for me to choose and purchase new mattresses for my home. I had done some research myself, but William came to my rescue in the decision by his caring attitude, his outstanding professionalism, his awesome knowledge of the different mattress brands, and his super ability to explain the mattress composition, component parts, the science behind what kind of mattress design and features that were pertinent to my personal sleep needs, as I have back problems and was searching for the best solution and choice of mattress. He really knows his line of work, the Mattress Firm products line, ever-changing product technologies, understands a customer's particular needs when I spoke about mine, and tailors it all to my particular needs. I made a purchase with complete confidence because of Mr. William Dean! What a great man, a great employee, and an AWESOME asset for this company and the industry itself!!! Thumbs up for William - he was absolutely the BEST!! He is the epitome of superb customer service on all levels (positive and gracious attitude, extensive knowledge, professionalism, subtle tactics in helping my choice with a no-pressure environment) that I have ever encountered in my life. I know this review is long, but it deserves to be a proper review after my experience. I was extremely impressed with William Dean and very happy with my purchase - he deserves the most kudos I can give to express my appreciation and satisfaction, as I find it rare nowadays to find someone in the sales arena of the "sleep industry" to be of such high caliber.
