Kim was amazing! I came in unsure of what I needed, and she made the entire process smooth and personalized. She helped me find the perfect bed for my body’s alignment (the ProBreeze 2.0 Medium King), walked me through the features of the Ergo ProSmart bases, and even helped me test pillows and protectors for the best fit.
She was patient, informative, and truly went above and beyond. I felt confident and cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend working with Kim if you’re in the market for a high-quality mattress and want personalized, expert support.

I had an exceptional experience at the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store in Downtown Summerlin thanks to Brooke. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process incredibly easy, informative, and genuinely enjoyable.
Brooke took her time getting to know what I was looking for, what I currently sleep on, and what issues I’ve been experiencing. Her product knowledge is outstanding—she explained the differences between each mattress and base in a way that was simple, honest, and tailored to my needs. There was never any pressure, just thoughtful guidance to help me make the right choice.
What really stood out was her warmth and professionalism. She created a comfortable environment, answered every question with confidence, and made sure I understood the features, warranties, and long-term value of the products. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and is passionate about delivering a top-tier experience.

My husband and I recently visited the Tempur-Pedic flagship store in Summerlin, and what an unexpectedly amazing experience it turned out to be! It was just before Labor Day and we were casually considering an upgrade to a larger bed, and with six years of experience with our Sleep Number, we were pretty certain we would end up making our purchase there but since we had a long weekend, we figured we would make a list of two other mattress stores to visit. Tempur-Pedic wan’t on our list due to its price point but since it was near a store that was, so we made it our first stop.
Little did we know, Tempur-Pedic had the absolute best staff to assist us. Brooke and Kim were incredibly kind, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. Brooke walked us through the different options, explaining everything in such incredible detail, and made sure we were completely comfortable asking as many questions that came to mind. We didn’t feel pressured at all and ended up laying on and learning all about their full lineup of mattresses and bases.
By the time we walked out of the store, we didn’t even feel the need to go to any other mattress stores on our list, and surprisingly, we didn’t even want to head to the Sleep Number store! We went home, thought about it, and returned the very next day to finalize our purchase. Not only did we upgrade to the split Cali king Tempur-Luxe Breeze mattress with the Tempu-Ergo ProSmart base, but we also decided to buy the mattress protector, 4 sheet sets, and pillows. Great products, great financing options, and even better service!
For two people who walked into Tempur-Pedic with no intention of purchasing anything, we ended up becoming loyal customers, all thanks to the wonderful service we received from Brooke, Kim, and the entire staff. Their professionalism, paired with their genuine care and kindness, really set them apart. We couldn’t be happier with our decision!

I walked in the store and it was very clean organized. Two young ladies greeted me one near the door as she greeted My husband and I. She asked how we were doing asked for our names and proceeded to ask if we knew what we’re looking for. My husband and her had a conversation as I was walking around. She had Test Four different level of Mattress.
She lay down a clear sheet that we laid on top of. And she explained all the information according to. Bed
She offered us a bottle of water in which I took. It was very hot and I was very grateful.
They bought a pillow key for $215 after tax. It was $233 in one cents.
Absolutely worth it. I would go back not only because they were super friendly But because they were super helpful. By the way, I took a handful of the butter mint candy delicious. Thank you ladies.
