I am so grateful I stopped into Mattress Firm today and spoke to Randy! She is extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and taught me about how vibration therapy in the new adjustable bed bases heals my body. Who knew!? I was super impressed with both Randy and the options available at Mattress Firm. Randy was super patient with me trying out multiple beds and adjustable bases. I was like Goldilocks for over an hour and eventually found the best mattress and base for me that I am excited to begin using. I have suffered with bad sleep for months am looking forward to having better sleep. If you need a mattress or have sleep apnea or pain when you sleep, or just want to learn what is now available in the world of sleep, go see Randy today. She has great energy and you’ll be happy you did. I guarantee you’ll learn something.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to my Sleep Expert, Harvey. He did a phenomenal job guiding me through the process of finding the right mattress. Harvey took the time to understand my needs, broke down the different options clearly, and had me try out several mattresses until we found the perfect fit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase and very well taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Harvey if you’re shopping here!

Purchasing a mattress can be difficult with the vast amount of brands and types. I have been through this process many times. I must say that the staff at the Mattress Firm store located on Rainbow Blvd., in Las Vegas, have been the best that I have experienced. Harvey, manager, and Natasha, sales rep, were very knowledgeable regarding products in the store. They were both very personable and were willing to spend the required time to ensure that I was able to make the decision that was best for my needs. I so appreciate the professionalism that they have displayed. Great service is difficult to experience nowadays, but I have just experienced some of the best service that I have ever received. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who is seeking assistance with identifying the best mattress for their personal needs. I also would like to commend Harvey and Natasha for making my mattress search successful. I decided to purchase the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt Hybrid Medium Cal King. Can’t wait to sleep on it!!!

Harvey is the best! He met all my needs and answered all my questions I had. This has been the only place I’ve shop for my mattresses and I highly recommend them. Harvey is an excellent person to go to and see if you are looking for a new mattress! Andre Reynoso
